Modular Operating Theater

Modular Operating Theater is an operating room system that is integrated by one control panel, this system includes lights, hermetic doors, and also air conditioning system that can be displayed in one control panel.

Nine Sunplus Systems have been designing, manufacturing modular systems for operating room, intensive care units, recovery care units and wards for many years in around the world, continuously refining the modular product designs based on accumulated experience.

Nine Sunplus Systems manufactures custom-built modular cladding and prefabricated self-loading partition systems that ensure optimal and flexible space utilization in the hospital departments, requiring controlled bacterial contamination conditions.

In accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Health Regulation of Republic Indonesia No. 24 of 2016, concerning the Technical Requirements for Hospital Buildings and Infrastructure in the Operating Room, namely:

• The Level of Fire Resistance on the wall, floor and ceiling materials is at least 2 hours.
• Non-porous wall material, easy to clean, chemical-resistant, anti-static, anti-friction and anti-bacterial.
• The distance between the wall and the Conus wall (135o) and between the wall and the Curve ceiling are in radius of 30 cm.
• The operating room equipments are all embedded in the ceiling and wall panels.
• Air Conditioning System’s temperature at 19 – 24oC, humidity 40-60%, air flow velocity 0.45-0.8 m/s and positive pressure air.
• Laminar Air Flow, direct air flow to the operating table with HEPA Filter < 5 m/m3.
• Automatic Hermetic (Airtight) Door for entry and exit of patients and staff.

Types of Wall Panel Materials equipped with plasterboard in thickness of 12 mm as a fire-resistant material, namely:

• Galvanized Steel in thickness of 1.2 mm without gaps (Seamless) and coated with anti-bacterial powder coating paint.
• Stainless Steel 304 in thickness of 1.0 mm.
• Tempered Glass in thickness of 10 mm which can be added pictures of landscapes or others.
